We currently ship within the United States only.
At Shiny Basics, we’re committed to delivering your eco-friendly cleaning essentials safely, quickly, and sustainably. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We only ship within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).
At this time, we do not ship internationally, including to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your location and item size/weight.

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging
We use minimal and sustainable packaging whenever possible — recyclable materials, no unnecessary plastic, and compact shipments to reduce environmental impact.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, or delayed significantly:

6. Shipping Cleaning Products
Due to the nature of our products (liquids, sprays, etc.), some orders may require special handling or ground shipping.
We comply with all federal and carrier regulations for safe transport of cleaning solutions.
7. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you attempt to place an order outside the U.S., your order may be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Policy - the basics
